Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Account Terms

  • •You must be a human to create an account. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
  • •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • •Your login may only be used by one person. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Revel Digital cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • •You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • •One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

2. API Terms

  • •API access is provided to facilitate integration with your systems and applications.
  • •You must not abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits of the API.
  • •You must use secure authentication methods when accessing the API.
  • •API access may be revoked at any time if terms are violated.

3. Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

  • •All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.
  • •There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
  • •A valid credit card is required for all paid accounts.
  • •All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
  • •For upgrades and downgrades, charges or credits will be prorated to reflect the time remaining in your billing cycle.
  • •Downgrading your service may cause the loss of features or capacity of your account. Revel Digital does not accept any liability for such loss.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • •You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account through the account interface.
  • •All of your content will be immediately deleted from the service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.
  • •If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid billing period, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
  • •Revel Digital, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time.
  • •Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Revel Digital customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • •Revel Digital reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  • •Prices of all services are subject to change with 30 days notice. Such notice may be provided through email or by posting on the website.
  • •Revel Digital shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

6. Copyright and Content Ownership

  • •We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you upload to the service. Your content remains yours.
  • •By uploading content, you grant Revel Digital a license to use, copy, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
  • •You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • •The look and feel of the service is copyright © Revel Digital Worldwide Operations. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission.

7. Trademarks and Site Name Squatting

  • •Revel Digital's trademarks and service marks are protected by law. You may not use them without permission.
  • •Account name squatting is prohibited. Accounts using names that could confuse or mislead others may be reclaimed or terminated.

8. General Conditions

  • •Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • •We do not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
  • •You expressly understand and agree that Revel Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
  • •You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revel Digital from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
  • •Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email.
  • •You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the service may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
  • •You must not modify, adapt or hack the service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Revel Digital.
  • •You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without the express written permission by Revel Digital.
  • •Verbal, physical, written or other abuse of any kind of any Revel Digital customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
  • •We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action.
